We believe
in one Triune God – who is manifested in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and
that He created all things. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Nehemiah 9:6; I John
5:7)
We believe
that the Lord Jesus Christ was the only begotten Son of God, the Father,
that He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, was
crucified, died, buried, and resurrected on the third day, subsequently He
ascended into heaven, and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father
and is both fully God and fully man. (Matthew 1:18, 23; Acts 10:39-40;
Romans 8:34; Philippians 2:6-8)
We believe
that the Bible in its entirety is the inspired Word of God, the product of
holy men of old who spoke and wrote under the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
We accept the Bible as our infallible guide in matters pertaining to life
and doctrine. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; I Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter
1:21).
We believe
that all men have sinned and have fallen short of the Glory of God.
(Ecclesiastes 7:20; Romans 3:23; I John 1:8)
We believe
there is only one name under heaven in which man may be saved and restored
to right relationship with God. (Acts 4:12; Galatians 3:22)
We believe
that Salvation is the gift of God to man, separate from works and the Law,
and is made operative by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, producing
works acceptable to God. (Ephesians 2:8-10; I John 1:9).
We believe
that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart
that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Acts 2:21;
Romans
10:8-10, 13)
We believe
that salvation is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ and that it
provides for the forgiveness of sin, eternal life, divine health and
prosperity in every area of our lives. Shalom. (Matthew 8:17; John
10:10; I Peter 2:24)
We believe
in continued sanctification through the Word of God and by the Holy Spirit.
(Romans 12:2; Titus 3:5)
We believe
in divine healing, through faith in the Name of Jesus Christ, and the laying
on of hands. (Mark 16:18; James 5:14-16)
We believe
in water baptism by immersion and that it is a direct commandment of our
Lord. In this we identify with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection.
(Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; Colossians 2:12)
We believe
in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and that it is a gift from God as promised
by the Lord Jesus Christ to all believers in this dispensation and is
received subsequent to the new birth. This experience is accompanied by the
initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Holy Spirit Himself
gives utterance. (Matthew 3:11; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:1-4; Acts 2:38-39; Acts
19:1-7)
We believe in the eminent return of our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ. (John 14:3; Acts 1:9-11; Titus 2:13; 1 Thessalonians
4:16)
